ABOUTThe Pico is a newly renovated mix-use venue with two distinct performance spaces, providing a wonderful canvas and all the amenities, for artists of every discipline. Comprised of The Theatre, The Studio, The Lounge, The Lobby and The Dressing Rooms, our versatile and unique spaces come equipped with their own state-of-the-art support facilities that can be used individually or tied together for projects of all shapes and sizes.
The facilities at The Pico include dressing rooms with separate shower and restroom, lounge, kitchen, washer and dryer, box office and concession area with refrigerator, freezer, ice machine and coffee maker, flexible seating, state of the art LED lighting package, high speed internet, 24 hour security camera and banner display signage on West Pico Blvd. |
